1.1 These general terms and conditions of sale are effective from 1 October 2012 and apply to any registration for training activities provided by HighFive in return for payment, unless otherwise provided by legal or decree provisions or by explicit, written agreement with the customer.
1.2 Registering for training or any education activity implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, even if they should conflict with the customer’s own general or specific conditions of purchase. These are only binding on HighFive if they have been expressly agreed in writing by HighFive.
1.3 The seller reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of sale without personally informing the customer, who will not be entitled to compensation. Existing sales agreements are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale applicable at the time of sales.
1.4 These general terms and conditions of sale are available on the HighFive website and can be obtained upon request.
2.1 The term “customer” shall mean: natural persons or legal persons (on behalf of a natural person) registering for a training activity.
2.2 The term “provider” or “seller” or “HighFive” shall mean: the organizer of training or an educational activity, either an individual representative, or the HighFive department / unit / company organizing the event.
2.3 The term “training (activities)” refers to a range of training programs for professionals. These activities may include lectures, workshops, seminars, training programs, etc. A description of the training programs can be found on the HighFive website.
2.4 The terms “registration” and “order” shall have the same meaning.

4.1 Customers can register by email, online or by (purchase) order form (sent by mail or email). It is not possible to register by phone.
4.2 The customer can register until 14 calendar days before the start of the training activity. After this date, registrations may be refused.
4.3 By registering, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.
5.1 Registrations can only be changed or cancelled in writing (by regular or registered letter, or by email).

Register another colleague from the same company to attend (This is free of charge). No refund will be possible.
6.1 Fees for training activities are set by HighFive and indicated on the website. Training fees may be changed at any time without notice. If participants have already registered, however, they will be charged the fee applicable at the time of registration.
6.2 The customer will receive an invoice from HighFive prior to payment of the fees. Invoices must be paid by transfer of the amount due to HighFive bank account including the reference indicated on the invoice: invoice date and number.
6.3 Invoices issued by HighFive are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless other terms of payment are specified on the invoice. In the event of failure to pay the invoice by the due date, an interest of 10% per year will be payable.
6.4 In the event of non-payment of an invoice by the due date, HighFive will be entitled to demand immediate payment of the customer’s outstanding invoices, even those not yet due, regardless of agreed terms of payment.
6.5 Unconditional payment of part of the invoiced amount will constitute acceptance of the invoice.
7.1 HighFive is entitled to cancel (a) registration(s) made by the customer for reasons of force majeure (including insufficient registrations or unavailability of the teacher(s)) without liability to compensation other than a full refund of any fees paid.
7.2 If the provider alters the time, date, venue or lecturer(s) of the training event, the customer can cancel his registration free of charge, with a full refund of any fees paid but without entitlement to compensation.
Registration for or participation in a training activity does not grant the customer the right to copy or disseminate the content or format of this training.
9.1 Any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation or implementation of sales agreements or the present general terms and conditions of sale falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Dendermonde. These courts are expressly recognized and accepted by the customer and by the seller as having exclusive jurisdiction.
9.2 In the event of any dispute between the customer and the provider, Belgian law shall apply.
The provider agrees to comply with the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data.

You are expected half an hour before the start of the training for the registration and welcome. We always schedule a coffee break during the morning and afternoon sessions, and you will be provided with lunch.

HighFive can arrange to organize any training in your own company. If you want more than 3 people to participate in a training programme, an in-house training may be more advantageous.
You can choose to have a standard training, customize a standard training to your own templates, or use our training configurator to compose your own programme. You can also ask us to use your standard processes and templates to train your people.
We also provide different types of coaching. We can perform assessments, set up training plans and development plans, or consulting.

A discount of 15% will be applied if you register to more than 1 training within 1 year. The discount will be applied to every fee for every training to which you enrol within 12 months from the 1st one.
